Early access for v1.0 non-legacy

in Final Fantasy XIV
Does anyone know how a non-legacy person who played v 1.0 can get in the early access? We WILL be ordering the CE upgrade, but ordering the CE is unavailable until launch, which is obviously past the early access date. I have found no info whatsoever on this matter. Any info would be appreciated!

    You have to pre-order another copy of the game. Either PC or PS3. No way around it.
