general guidelines:
1- read the text and help tutorial.
2- spend time fixing your UI.
3- level up to Lv20 at least to unlock many different elements of the game , before you try another class job or craft.
the way to unlock most of the elements, you need to follow the main quest which has a different sign than other quests.
and also the class quest from the class guild, it is important to get the lv15 skill.
4- do not throw your lv1 gear, you will wear it for other classes.
5- ask in shouts or join a linkshell if you need help. community are nice in game as oppose to forums.

tip- you can increase/decrease the size of most ui elements. In layout mode click the element then hold control and tap the Home key. there are 3 size small,normal,large.
tip- click the chat option button on the chat window and then click the General chat tab, uncheck all the "others" options . itll cut down on the spam like 75%
tip - You can also completely hide UI elements, by right clicking them in the UI Layout mode.
Man, only 33 minutes to go and I might get to actually try playing this game. I think I will take a shower now because if the game is any good it will be my last one for a few days....
I know many have downloaded the client and some downloaded all data from torrents too. But if you havent, you will need to download 7 GB worth of data before able to play, if thats the case for you. it is the best to download> go to sleep , than wake up fresh in morning to do a marathon XD.

Can i make something clear for all, The EU option of playing the OPEN beta is not working yet. I've looked for some information on it, but i cant find anything.
If you click the link on the official website it will just tell you that Beta is closed. will keep EU people updated with information when i get it
The European beta site is not updated yet either.
But we all know this kind of stuff can take some time.
Same here tryed logging into the client with no luck as well.
Screw leveling games, give me something with "End game" at the beginning of the game.
Apparently the NA one works already, but the European one is still down.
Why m i not surprised
Well im almost certain they meant 2:00 pm pdt and not am. They never stipulated which they meant, and usually when you're using military time, you'd say 02:00 and not just 2:00 for 2am

And i think someone in this thread also was claiming he could register already in NA.
