Looking for exploration PvP MMO

hackerolazhackerolaz Member Posts: 5

Im looking for a mmo where I can explore the world, watch a sunset, climb a mountain.. (Vanguard) but with faction based pvp or ffa pvp

(Tried GW2 but RvR is instanced, want to try TERA Rising's new Faction system but seems its instanced pvp too, what mmo should I play

I'd play dAoC or Darkfall but they seem to have a tiny playerbase and want a bigger one.

I also tried Rift but didnt like the PvP there, I like more EvE online kind of pvp

What do you recommend me guys

Population in AOC is not that bad.. They will merge servers now, into singel server tech, so i think that will boost it even more, since it will connect EU and US playerbases.

is it DAOC not aoc? well... try age of conan anyway:) brilliant game:D

Wushu. I've played 9 months and have seen probably 60-65% of the world. Lots of nooks and cranys. The cool thing about is where 99% of the mmorpgs out today you're stuck to the ground, in Wushu you have all types of "flight skills" think kunfu triple jumps and stuff. This allows you to play the entire world. If you see it, you can go there.

The only mmorpg on the market that can rival Wushu in the shear number and depth of pvp systems is EVE. It's a civil FFA word complete with bounty systems and REAL meaningful alignments.

Players are getting ready for the Mount Hua tournament. Once a month there is an invitation only, cross server 1 v 1 tournament. Throughout the month, you can take invitations from players of the different alignments. The top 5 win amazing things.

I wont even go into territory control, guild wars, school wars, script stealing ect...

I would not discount Darkfall UW just because of player base. Most games have multiple servers and the player base is spread out among them. DFUW has one NA server and one EU server, and on NA there is plenty of opportunity to run into other players if you are looking in the right places. There are several PvP hot spot areas.

The game is not for everyone, but PvP and exploration are 2 of its strong points. If you play on NA, it is plenty active.

I would say Darkfall Unholy wars, takes 6-8 hours of running on a mount to cross from 1 side to the other and there is some amazing scenery you can climb massive mountains, walk through water falls, run through the desert and sail the ocean while watching the sunset and watch the moon come out
