Register Pre-Order codes?

in Final Fantasy XIV

So... anyone have any info on registering Pre-Order codes?

I mean, when I got my CE pre-ordered through Amazon, got my code, went to the site and put in my e-mail saying "we'll tell you when you can put in codes for pre-order."

Umm head start is this coming Friday, shouldn't we be getting some more information or did I miss something?

Where am I supposed to register this code from Amazon?

I want to make sure my head start + CE items are applied to my account, as the physical box copy won't show up till next Tuesday.

    You will get a email tommorrow on the 20th giving you access to input your code for headstart and to download the client.

    I'm a PS3 player, it's ANOTHER new client to download/install for release?

    So excited we're almost there!

    Still having some serious doubts on what class I want to play :(

    I'll probably level everything to 20 or so before moving beyond that.

    Phase 4 client is the release client.

    I pre-ordered through Amazon but didn't get a code.  Any idea when I am supposed to get the code?

    Are you sure you didn't? I preordered from amazon too and got the code about 5 minutes later. Name of the email was Amazon Promotional Code, not early access, so maybe you've missed it? Also, check your spambox.

    The statement on the page reads:

    Pre-order Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn and receive a token for early access to the game and digital in-game content including a Mog cap and minion pet. The token for early access will be emailed with instructions on 8/20/2013. Offer valid when shipped and sold by Amazon.com. Amazon reserves the right to change or terminate this promotion at any time. Limited to one per customer order.

     

    Could always confirm though an e-mail, either you will get the email tomorrow or you don't get early access. I'm in the same boat

    Thanks for the replies.  I did get my email finally from Amazon about a couple of hours after my purchase.

    I preordered the collectors edition on ps3 store will I get a code emailed?

    I actually pre-ordered my digital copy today, but I never received my pre-order code from an email or anything.  I guess that comes with the email tommorrow?

    I pre-ordered a while ago, my "Your Amazon.com Promotional Code" e-mail doesn't give a date, just says "You will be notified via email prior to the launch of the game when you can return and redeem your preorder code to unlock Early Access to the game along with ..."

    So I wasn't really worried I would get that e-mail eventually, but sounds like it should be tomorrow, which is great!

    sorry for my odd question but since it stated "the tokens will be given in 20th" does it mean after 20th there will be no EA codes available?or will it be available from 20th till release or something?since i was about to pre order it on 21th.would appreciate if anyone answer

    pre order code should be recieved shortly after the purchase, then entered on or after the 20th. It has been stated by square enix that early access would be limited. Good chance that if recently pre ordered you might not get a code for early access but i would definitly double check with the vendor you bought it from. Plus the code is also used for your bonus pre order items so wether or not your getting early access i would email the vendor for the code
