Some questions regarding FF14

1. When I get my job, and as i understand it its like a stone you equip and then you are in job-mode.
If im playing as job, do my class get experience ? and Do the job get experiance aswell ? or is there no job levels ?
2. Im gonna be a GLD/Paladin. what attributes should I stat ? So far ive put most in Vitality for more HP.
3. At what level do you get a personal Mount ?

1. You need lvl 30 in a class and lvl 15 in another to get a job, each job has it's own classes that need to be 30/15. Then there is a quest which gives you a stone you can equip, and leveling that job will also lvl the main class of that job.
2. Stats are preference really, but HP is probably a good choice. Just look at what was naturally high and use those stats.
3. Supposed to be lvl 20 through the grand companies, but it required earning a lot of tokens and was unrealistic to get at lvl 20 and may have changed.
3. After you complete you main story quest at 20 you become eligible for mounts, which require you to join a Grand Company. To join the Grand Company you need to be 22 though, then you need to earn seals to buy the mount.
How hard it is to get the currency remains to be seen, but some have suggested it is an evening of grinding FATEs, nothing too bad.
