    The benchmark is mostly useless.

In the benchmark my average framerate is 110.447, in the actual game it was more around 55-58.

And, yes, all other games I have perform to a level expected of a GTX 780.

In small camps with few other players around I would get around 52-55fps in FF14 but in similar areas and circumstances in GW2 I will get around 110-120fps.

For now Im not too worried because of "hey, its just beta".

I'm running a pair of 560Ti cards in SLI, and it works great.

    i7

    8GB RAM

    256GB SSD OS

1TB 7200RPM Data (XIV installed here)

    2x PNY 560Ti

I scored ~14800 on the benchmark at 1920x1080 all settings maxed (without minimizing the window)

I ran the game perfectly fine in Beta 4 with all settings maxed and full screen as well, even in the most crowded areas I didn't notice any soft of video performance issues.

SOO... My recommendation would be a pair of 660Ti cards in SLI.

Benchmark score of 10700 on 1920x1080 (i maxed out every setting)

I'm using 2 7870s - runs the game flawless and are fairly cheap cards now.

I feel like the xx70 cards always run really well, previously had 2 6870s

I'm running a 660 ti, i5 3570k @ 3.4ghz, and 8 gigs of ram and I too sat around 50-55 fps in worlds, 60 fps in dungeons.  I feel like its my processor.

That seems really low dude, I have a gtx 670 and I almost never go below 70 no matter what's happening, and I usually stay above 85.

This game is pissing me off. Im going to town on it when it launches. OC is going back to 4.0Ghz, and the card is going back to whatever setting it was OC'ed at. Then.... its config time for FF14. The solution will be found!!!!!!!! ROAR!!!!!!!!!!

For a reference point I ran this past weekend at 5760x1080(triple 27" samsung syncmasters) with most everything cranked up. I did tweak the shadows a bit. I run a GTX Titan bios modded and OC'@1176. Framerate was above 50 pretty much everywhere though I did see a dip into the 40s here and there. Video memory useage never went over 2gb from what I saw so a 780 with an overclock may net you similar results :)

    Rest of my rig is:
    i5 3570@4.7Ghz
    16gb ddr3 1600
    WIN 8 on ssd
    game on seperate ssd

    Happy gaming :)
