* Will Europe have new servers open at early access that weren't enabled during phase 4? (I.e. will there be an European server during Early Access where everyone starts fresh?)
*Which are good FFXIV fansites? (I know I could use google, but that would just show the most popular ones)

Not seen anything from SE about more servers for EU, but they did add more servers to JP during the weekend because of load, so it is possible they could do so if there is demand (I doubt there will be demand though, Open Beta is usually busier than launch).
Only fansite I've found of worth is http://www.ffxivguild.com/
They did add a couple of new servers on the last day of open beta one of them being EU but I cant say if they are going to add any more.
Heh the open beta had more then double the number of concurrent users of the previous record some 200,000 on at once I am not surprised that the servers were a bit iffy then.
