How is the leveling in this game? ::37

  Every level you get a new quest. To my understanding, the quest you get every level is like a world quest kind of thing. Probably some parts of the story that you are uncovering. Usually like asking you to do favors and telling you why it needs to be done and sometimes give you a lot of background information. But you dont have to do it right away and you can let quests collect and do them all at once one after the other. When you do it, you get a lot of exp (once I got like 40%) and sometimes money, weapons, armor and things like this. And yes if you do them it helps a lot in leveling up...

  The big thing in this game is that there aren't just character levels, there are also skill points as well.

  In order to be an effective player, you will need to use a skill in order to get points in it.  For example, if you are a warrior (melee type character) and all you ever do is use a gun, you'll get pretty good at your ranged skill, but won't be that great in your melee skill.  Because you are a warrior, the melee skill will gain points as your character levels, but you won't be maxed out in them.

  The way it was described to me is that character level allows you to wear certain gear, and use ertain weapons (armour and weapons are level specific) while skills give you bonuses to hit, block, etc.

  Every one has said that the "grind" is very easy for the first few levels.  Won't be long before you're in the middle of the chip wars assisting the rest of your race!

  Also, you can get skill points from PVP.  So being in those chip wars isn't a waste of your time at low levels.  Although, I think you have to be level 25 to join in.... some one will correct me if I'm wrong.
