Does anyone know how to download the software token from the account management site?

As the title states, has anyone had any success in downloading the software token for smartphones? I did pre-order the game and I have registered the 18 digit code to my account. Also when I log into square-enix it does state Final Fantasy XIV: ARR as a game listed in my profile. Yet when I go to the account management site and try to download the software token, I am unable to do so. This is listed under the picture of a smartphone * You are currently unable to use this service. The service will become available once you have purchased either FINAL FANTASY XI or FINAL FANTASY XIV and registered the accompanying registration code. And also, it lists my square enix ID but under Registration status is states not registered. Any help in getting this software token would be greatly appreciated.
