PANIC (Am I Alone?) Early Access problem

in Final Fantasy XIV

I'm still stuck with my EU Code, they keep sending this 20 digit code I already tried everything like change profile country/language.

anyone with the same problem? I'm sure I bought the NA version with the right account (NA).

    can either try to advertise you're trading EU code for NA code like someone else did and did so successfully( i suggest you ask for code first tho to not get fucked over)

     

    or call support...kinda what you do when you're having an issue like this. this isn't anything we can help you with.

    When I got the EU code all I had to do was re enter my pre-order code and got a NA registration code right away.
