There are no valid service accounts

Registered etc. on downloader I log into my account and just get this message
'there are no valid service accounts ' with a black screen. Can I download the game yet?
then there is a link below asking me to register my code which I have done. Tried it anyway and says code invalid.
And I thought dayz installation was hard .....

Clearly you have never tried to download and install some Private Ragnarok server xD
For your problem I have no solution tho... My code registered first shot and I don't have to download since I was Beta testing. Hope you find a fix.
Check your region in your profile.
You have to make a game account.
The store account and game account are two seperate entities.
Use the same Square enix ID on both and it will work for you.
