Are they releasing any "Fresh" servers?

in Final Fantasy XIV
So somebody posted this link on this site a few days ago http://arrstatus.com/  and it lists 15 or so Non-legacy servers.  Are any of these new servers??  I'd prefer a fresh server if theres an option as opposed to rolling somewhere where people have been playing since launch.

    Somebody, somewhere has better skills as you have, more experience as you have, is smarter than you, has more friends as you do and can stay online longer. Just pray he's not out to get you.

    The ones listed as "Legacy" are the ones that have been around since 1.0.

     

    All the rest are new.     Anyone playing on those will be people that have at max, a few days of progress (from open beta which was only a couple days).

    All servers had a level lock at 20 during open beta. Worse case scenario you are 8 hrs of game time behind someone.

    I will say I expect a good likelyhood you might see a few more servers popping up given the loud is great enough if you absolutely MUST play on a server without the Open Beta Progress. Not something for certain I'm sure, but given its unexpected popularity its always a possibility.

    You might be a bit behind but it doesn't really matter, after a few weeks you'll be right where you left off.
