DO the weapons really move and spin??

  Yes, some weapons have sheathe/unsheathe animations or idle animations.

  The only thing's that come to mind are the primal/moogle weapons.  For example...all of the ifrit weapons when they are sheathed look like ash or like they're burnt.  When you unsheathe them they light on fire and stay that way.  The moogle weapons all make that "Kupo" noise when you draw them, lol.
