LF mmorpg similar to Dream of Mirror Online

hello guys,

i am looking for a mmorpg free to play with the same character customization system of  "dream of mirror online" where you are free to job change and retain skills from other classes after you switch. This feature seem to be very hard to find, all mmorpg are similar and i never found a mmorpg with this feature

if it is impossible to find i like to play a mmorpg where at least i can change job/class with same character!

if i want switch from a dps to an healer class, I dont want a log out to change character with an other name/inventory/guild/friend list ....

I want a game where i can change job/class with the same character and where i can do a mixing of class/job skills 

now i  do an example to try to explain u better.

Dream of Mirror Online is a game where u can create a character  that start from lvl 1 

when u reach lvl 10 u can chose a job (blademaster,hunter,doctor,thief ecc...),

if u chose i.e. the blademaster u can train it up to lvl 20 and learn several blademaster skills (as a dps skills), so u can switch job in doctor and lvl up the doctor  from lvl10 to lvl 20 and learn some doctor skill (as the skill of healing,bla bla bla)

now u have doctor lvl 20, blademaster lvl 20, hunter lvl 10, thief lvl 10....

u can always mix the skills of 3 jobs depending of situation. To do damage u can chose to use the doctor but with some blademaster skill to do more damage or viceversa u can use blademaster to do much damage but with some doctor skill subbed to have a bit of autohealing

or u can try to do a full dps character using blademaster+hunter skills+thief skills to complete some hard dungeon

or not the same u can use hunter+blademaster skills + thief skill that is different

i think this feature is a great feature for longevity and it is hard to find a character like u in the game world

Dream of Mirror Online EU/US servers are closed now , there is only the chinese server up but there is not a translation ,so it is impossible for me understand the language.

now it is 2 weeks that i am looking for a game with this features but i didnt find anything.
