havn't gotten 20 digit code for EA!!

in Final Fantasy XIV

So my wife and i registered the XXXXXX-111-XXXXXX-111 code. we both bought our game from SE. we keep getting Error 3 but we checked out profile and our game is registered. Now we click to lauch the game to download the new content for tomorrow. Now its asking us to enter our 20 digit code but they never send us one. Are we not registered or what? WTF is going on and how do i fix this?

    Try control+f5 on the code entry screen then retry code should work

    Any graphical, audio, or gameplay restrictions not seen in other mmos but found in FFXIV can be blamed on one thing.

    Insert the preorder code again on the preorder page. If you got the error 3 code, then it didn't go through. You know it went through if you get a success page with your 20 digit code. You can then click the link to input the 20 digit code immediately to register the game. 

    You must have done this on the 20th when the page wasn't working. I had the same problem.  The page has been working fine since the 21st so just do it again

    It shouldn't be giving you any problems, the issue was fixed.  Make sure you're on the pre-order code entry page and not the one for Early access. If not then you'll have to contact support, because according to them it was fixed.

    i just cancelled my preorder with gamestop, then got another with amazon. used that code and it worked great.

    That website will give you another code for early access which you register at the link provided on that page. It is unnecessary, convoluted, but it is Square Enix.

    I am not going to buy the game but in beta I have corresponded a view times with square enix

    and they have always came back to me ,very professional.

    You should also check your email, when I first registered they emailed my EA code to me.

    They ran out of codes. They're fixing it now. Try again in the morning. I'm sure this is top priority for them

    Try logging out of all SE sites entirely, maybe reset cookies and try again.  Its works, but sometimes ppl get stuck in an error 3 loop!
