Who We Are:
Hello I am Dragonmonk/Draconic Leader of The Explorer’s League.
What We Do:
We are a family friendly, casual raiding guild that loves to explorer games and find all the awesome stuff that is off the beaten path.
Why this is our style:
EXL is currently a small guild of friends from various other games, mainly EQ who want a fun, inviting guild to play MMO's with. We also love to raid and while real life commitments keep us from being able to raid 24/7 we still want to be able to experience that portion of the game at our own pace. We also love having our friends and family with us as we go explorer places that many others will most likely just run past.
How we are doing this:
We will be raiding 3 days a week, the other 4 days will be for exploring and grouping and this awesome world that is being built for us. We also will have no recruitment requirements, if you want to join and think we will be a good fit for you then sign up!

Good Evening,
I really liked what you had to say, and I love the concept behind the guild. I just put in an application.... However I am a little concerned about the fact that it seems like your primarily an EQ next guild. And while I also am looking forward to seeing EQ next I am just a little concerned about how that will work out with longevity in Final Fantasy.

Hello Misiu,
These are great concerns. We "were" primarily EQN guild but after the release and subsequent weeks of information on EQN we have become more and more disillusioned with what EQN is starting to shape up to be. We still plan on going into EQN as a guild but by no way will abandon our members in FFXIV limbo. FFXIV offers the classic MMO style of combat, gameplay and raids that we are looking for and this is where we will call home for several years to come!
The Senior members, and new members a like are here to have fun in a friendly casual environment. Whether that is in FFXIV or EQN (hoping that it shapes up and becomes the game we want it to be) you will always find an Explorer there!
Also as we have recruited some great players from other servers we have decided to move our FC to the Siren Server!
Just joined up with my wife! These guys have a great system in place that allow us to still get some quality raid time in while not requiring it to be a full time job. It's been my experience that 3 nights a week is plenty of time to really clean house in the raid scene anyways! Looking forward to the journey. My wife is working on updating the website to be all FFXIV by tomorrow and we are looking forward to becoming apart of the Siren community!

Thank you Vicus (and Mercy) you two are going to be a great asset to this guild and I really feel like we are building something great here.
We are still recruiting for all classes/roles, so if your serious about raiding but dont have the time to raid 5+ nights a week give us a look, we wont disappoint!
Have our website and linkshell up and running! Soon as these servers come up we can get back into owning these dungeons! Looking forward to running with this crew!
