Mouse lag

Besides the general issue of not being able to play..... When in game is anybody experiencing severe mouse lag? I have checked all setting that I can think of on my end, but will have the mouse sit still for 5 or more seconds at a time and just generally it being laggy. I know since we cant play right now its not really too big an issue, and since it didnt do it during beta (it started yesterday) maybe it has something to do with the instability of the servers?? Any feedback would be appreciated.
