Why doesn't square enix add more server capacity to fix "world is full," error message?

The error where it doesn't enter you into a queue, it just displays that message
i believe it happens when the server is overloaded with requests and doesn't queue everyone

I just had it happen where it told a character there was a 15 person queue (which is odd because I don't think it actually queues you or logs you in when you get to the head of a queue), so tried again 10 seconds later and it said the world was locked.
There better be free days coming out of this, because this isn't acceptable when paying a sub.
There is more servers, they just are filling up so fast because this game is so popular right now.
This game became so successful overnight its like a small business going global in one day. Imagine selling fishing lures to your local county. And then put it online and you look at your computer and it says One million orders please. Your going to have to hire some people and expand really fast. SE are getting more servers pretty fast right now, because this game is hitting wayyyy more then they could have ever dreamed in player numbers.
People love the game that have played it and so many more are joining them. Its going to get a lot fuller since this game is so well done that its going to probably hit millions of subscriber numbers. I for one, am glad I got in on early access, and I wont be leaving anytime this year.
On my server, we have no log in issues, so I think some servers might have gotten tooo full before they locked out new players.
Maybe they are waiting until after early access ends on the 29th, so they know how many actual customers they have instead of the rip-off artists who just got the early access keys and canceled their pre-orders.
Or they just utterly underestimated the early success the game would have. Probably this.
I cant even get into a que for the server I started on, Tried to create a new character on the servers that were available and actually got into a que once, then got kicked to the 1017 message.
The only option I have found is to create a character on the JP servers for now and hope they get it worked out.
I have my hard copy but have not entered in my code or even broke the seal on the copy. I may return it if they dont fix it soon. Playing the PS3 version btw.
I have not returned a game in years, but this one is under consideration for a return. Sad thing is I actually like the game and will sub if they can give an eta on some fixes for the NA servers.
I guess I will just wait and see how it ends up this week. If not no biggie I will just move on and return my unopened ps3 copy.
I wish em luck, nice game just poor planning on servers for NA. Gonna cost em a few players for sure.
