This error is due to a database bug. NP3 works to fix it actually, that's why the server is down for now.

    it was not me, but guildie. not sure which bug. i am not a pioneer, free acc. here...

    btw, something must be going on there - i got a message "server full", then a couple of "personal error" then server not up again...

    The server isn't up yet.  They are working on synchronization issues and the latest I "heard" was that 22:00 GMT they might try again.  Can't say for sure though, but that's why you can't get in yet.
