Who Are You Guys Anyway?
Paradigm is comprised of a wide variety of hand picked, long time MMO players ranging from all backgrounds and games with 1 thing in common, being among the very best players from their respective games. Our leadership has had numerous Top 10 US clears and even some world 1st kills throughout the many years of World of Warcraft.
The majority of our group is in their mid to late twenties with real life obligations such as work, school & family. Because of this our raid schedule is very light, spanning 4 days and totaling 11 hours per week! Don't get confused though, I promise you we are the most dedicated 11 hour per week guild in this game! Even though our raiding schedule doesn't compare to those guilds who raid 20+ hours a week, our goals are no less! Our focus is hardcore endgame progression leading into server first clears of all raid content. We are also some of biggest theorycrafters around and are in cahoots with Chocobro.com, the combat simulator being created for FF14 ARR.
Sounds Good, Where Do I Fit Into This Great Agenda Of Yours?
Good question. A guild is nothing without it's members. We're always looking for top tier players to join in our fiesta. Due to our light raid schedule our recruitment process is highly selective. We need to make sure that the players we bring in are capable of jumping into raid content blind folded and getting it cleared ASAP within our allotted time schedule.
Player skill is not the only attribute of a player we judge but also their personality. While we are structured and have high end raid goals in mind, we do not compromise the social environment of the guild. We do not tolerate elitism, jerks, trolls, douchebags or other unpleasant personalities. The ideal applicant is one who's background in MMO's is lengthy, who's confident in their abilities and who's personality is very welcoming and friendly.

Tuesday 9:00 - 11:30 pm PST / 12:00 - 2:30 am EST
Wednesday 9:00 - 11:30 pm PST / 12:00 - 2:30 am EST
Thursday 9:00 - 11:30 pm PST / 12:00 - 2:30 am EST
Sunday 8:00 - 11:30 pm PST / 11:00 - 2:30 am EST
Total: 11 hours
Oh I See, So In A Nutshell Why Should I Apply To Your Guild?
If you want to experience raid content first & tackle the challenges of being server first with some of the greatest gamers around, have some fun in the process & not burn out on the game raiding 40 hours a week, then we might just be able to fit the bill.

This is the type of guild I'd like to join, Midgardsormr is oddly vacant of good guilds (cmon, no one else likes Norse mythology?). However, that raid schedule is impossible for us East Coasters. I work and as much as I'd like to stay up to the wee hours playing FFXIV:ARR, real life dictates otherwise.
Anyway, I'm an extremely experience MMO player PvE and PvP. All roles. If you want more specifics, ask me. I'll be playing a Scholar.
I'd like to apply, but I'm going to hold off until I hear about that raiding schedule.
Hello Alamareth! I'm pleased to hear you would consider applying to us. The guild is primarily West Coast players with a handful of Central and East Coasters. Pretty much all of the Central & East Coasters (like myself) work late night shifts so this is the only way we can pursue our goals of high end raiding.

I appreciate the response, but my schedule probably won't be clearing up in that fashion. Good ole 8-6PM business careers and the such. I don't really have any plans on taking the unemployed route!
If the mix ever shifts to a more East Coast friendly time, I'll still be around. I'll pass for now though.

We're currently in HIGH need of a Warrior tank for 8 man raids who will switch to a DPS job for 24 mans. Everything else is extremely low but we will consider ANY EXCEPTIONAL applicant regardless of current needs.
In the meantime, we're also recruiting backup raiders of all jobs!
Titan was killed last night and we began our adventures into Binding Coil!
We are looking to recruit more raiders with solid, rich raiding histories. We want players who can jump into the FC and contribute immediately! While that is our main priority we are also recruiting raiders to fill backup slots, crafters & gatherers and select social members!
