Dual-Client with different IP's

NOTE: Dual-clienting is not against the rules in the game where I play, I just want to dual-client but with different IP. 1 game client to have the normal IP address, and the other to have it modified. Is that possible with any free program?

    It's possible if you lease two separate IP addresses and the attendant hardware needed for 2 active IPs. Whether that's WWAN, DSL, modem, cable, or satellite is up to you.
