Um guys where is my character?!

in Final Fantasy XIV

So I'm a legacy member who didn't really participate in the recent betas, but obviously played 1.0 and all that. I had a character that was around lvl 30 and had the gubbue mount. From what I understood if I took no action during transfers I would just stay on my server (masamune).

So flash foward and the game is released. Im trying to figure out how to download the client and get everything started and I log into this mog station thing and this is what I see...

Real life brings repetition and pointlessness too. The only thing real life offers is Great graphics. Its kinda expensive too and way to dependent on the cash shop. Totally pay to win as well. No thank you. Ill stick to my games.

    There's been some issues with characters not showing up on mogstation.  It should be there if you start the game.

    Ah ok cool. So, while I've gotcha here...how can I download the client?

    Oh and the lodestone wont let me log in because it says I dont have a character...so downloading the client through lodestone isnt an option until I create a character in game I guess....even though my character should be there...
