anyone else having trouble connecting to the lobby?

in Final Fantasy XIV
says cannot update na/eu server list. are servers down or is this just another congestion bug?

     No, seems to be down.

     

    There was an announcement in-game about maintenance, but nothing on twitter or anything.

    Disconnected from error. Now can't access servers.

    I never saw an announcement about maintenance.
