Game download dissabled but a friend bought the game...!?!

A friend recently bought this game and has an official key and already registred his account, it says he can play it 30 days for free now.
But Square Enix dissabled the download on their homepage, so anyone might knows where he can download it, I mean he paid for it, shouldn't they atleast offer a download for registred players anymore..?
