registration issue. please help

I am sorry if there is already a post on forums regarding this. If there is, please direct me there.
I was playing in beta 4, early release, and at launch. Which is to say, I bought the game, I got a purchase code, and registered it to get a 20 digit early access code. I was ready to play. Naturally I only played for a few hours before being kicked off and hardly ever getting in again. But I was able to at least log into the client.
I last played wed the 28th and then went on vacation. When I came back and try to log into the launcher, it asks for my square enix account, which I put in. then it asks for a "registration code", which is a "20-character alphanumeric code enclosed in the package". I tried my early access/beta code, but it didnt work. It says the code is already in use.
When I look at my profile on square enix site... I have ffxiv arr as a registered game. What am I doing wrong if anything?

nevermind. forget this thread. I did get an email and was able to register.

back to "world is full" and cant get in. The game is now fun again. whew!
