in Final Fantasy XIV

Hi. How does gulleye work exactly? The lvl 15 fishing trait. Its suppose to reveal fishing holes up to lvl 15. Is it like botany skill Triangulate where a fishing hole will show up on the map?

    Basically, until you have that skil, you won't be able to fish in lv15 locations.  When you try to fish in lv15 locations without it, it will give you a funny message XD.
