Anyone else lose the NA server list ?

So now, I can't get the NA server...but the JP server list came back..
Anyone else seeing this ?

I should have just logged a JP toon and gone fishin while I had the chance!
It was like that for me when I first tried to log into the game this morning. JP was there, but it couldn't load the NA/EU server list. No problem, I thought, because my current main is on Valefor. (JP)
Tried logging in. 1017. I got that message a couple more times and then I got a message that said I was 20th in the queue. Great! Or so I thought. 5 seconds later it dumped me and said to try again later.
So I re-log, and this time it says it can't load the JP server list, but, lo-and-behold, the NA/EU server list is now showing. I was able to log in and actually play one of my lower-level alts on Faerie. Which I did, for about an hour.
Then I decided to try to get onto my main again. (I'm one of those stupid people who actually logs out of the game when I'm not playing. Yeah, I know.) Couldn't load the JP server list. Tried to log back into my alt. 1017.
I'm developing a real love/hate relationship with this game.
Possibly tomorrow. Supposed to be the 4th japan time I believe, so that would be on the 3rd for na/eu.
I was knocked offline too.
