Temporary Fix for Servers not showing

in Final Fantasy XIV

Click the start button, type in : CMD to open the dos box and type this : ipconfig /flushdns, exit back to window and try to log back again.  This doesnt help with the 1017 errors, but at least gives you your character list.

On and instead of clicking, spam the 0 key, it's much faster.

    While that has worked for me a couple times, today it isnt working at all.

    OP, your parameter name is backwards. it's "ipconfig /flushdns" although I find it strange that this would correct the issue?

    Thanks made the correction, yeah i dont know why but it does work.
