LOGIN CUSTOM DEFINED ERROR???

in Dark and Light

My B/F keeps getting This error messege......

Login custom error: This can be a custom error handling #Login_custom_defined_error #

I have no clue what to do about this his account works on my computer but not on his. Any help or suggestions would be great : ) and would be appreciated.

    It's not a login/password problem.

    It's a server-side issue (offline or full?).

    I aborted the game after creating got stuck, but now i am getting the same error:

    Report:

    LOGIN CUSTOM DEFINED ERROR: This can be a custom error handling.

    # Login_CUSTOM_DEFINED_ERROR #

    I am getting that too, but from other posts at other message board sites, they are all stating that error code means servers are down.

    But they aren't, cus i just created a character and after half an hour i aborted, but now i cant get in again.

    has you might have (or apparently not have) read in the launcher-window: they have problems with the authentication server right now^^

    Here's a link provided by another post , author is Monsy, for server status:

    You can find out the status of the servers on  emmgee.com/sog_ping.php.

    Better than reloading every 10 mins.

     

    And  yes, it does state  "authenication problems" in the splash screen.

    Solution:This is that the login server is down, you may also get this error if you where disconnected suddenly and it might work if you re-try in a few minutes

    Was said in numerous threads already. This doesnt apply to the launch week. Theyre simply having problems getting it up ::::03::

    no I believe elsewhere it stated back on the 15th. Due to updates, second wave, etc. From Tuesday 13th to thursday the 15th. sorry i didnt put the dates in there.
