Started at lvl 30, do I still have to do early quests??

I started the game last night using my 1.0 character. I thought I'd just be standing where I last was and have similar level quests available to me. Bu I looks like I have to go through all of the early/intro quests again and I don't see any quests my level. Am I missing something?

i gues it makes sense that they want me to experience all of the new stuff stuff but I thought tht as a higher level character I would be a little farther along than any other new player.

Real life brings repetition and pointlessness too. The only thing real life offers is Great graphics. Its kinda expensive too and way to dependent on the cash shop. Totally pay to win as well. No thank you. Ill stick to my games.

Personally I would start a new class on that character, enjoy the faster leveling from your lv30 class.  Youll have a huge head start on your lowbie class with one level 30 and all the sub 30 quests available as well.

Either start a class you want to cross class with on your level 30  or start something new (like go magic if you are melee on your lv30) and be that much closer to two jobs.

Once you hit 30 on your fresh class just swap onto your 1.0 class and go from their.

Yeah I'll probably do that. So the moral of the story is yes, I do have to play all the way through the beginning of the game.

you could do just the class quests for that class.  the level restricted ! quests appear to be available only once per character.
