Help! No sound from PS3 version

in Diablo 3
Anyone have any idea why I wouldnt have any sound from this game on the PS3 console???

    Go to the general settings on your console.

    Be sure the sound settings are put on ON for every application/game.

    Probably the previous user only gamed with headphones. So it is the setting of the PS3 you need to fix.
