Well.. I can atleast try to make a character and choose a server..Havent really succeded with anything however 
Most of the servers are still unavailable and when finally manage to create a characther the game crashes at some Point and when I try again it sais im still logged in..
So..basically I cant play

Maintenance most certainly DID NOT WORK.
Sure.. make a character... jump in (if you can) then get logged due to dc w/ your isp and your character will not log out.
You will not be able to make another character on a different server to play.
Character limbo = account limbo

Cause most of us haven't even been able to log in to get to that level.
So can't post on official forum site to complain.
Pretty f'd experience so far.
Just about anyone (who isn't too busy making excuses for it) could have predicted this happening.
It's the return of 3102, an error that came up in Beta 4 and locked out thousands of players. Your character ends up in limbo.
SE's "solution" to it was to basically have people list their character name and server so they could parse through the thread and "manually" log them out.
That was the extent of the "fix". Many said "you need to extend Open Beta to make sure it's really fixed".
SE extended it by like... 8 hours, called it "Good!" and shut it down in preparation for Early Access.
Early Access was, of course, a train wreck and many were still unable to log in (myself included).
Then there was launch... where many more were still unable to log in (myself included)
And now we have their "fix" - which was supposedly "thoroughly tested internally before implementing live"...
And now we're back at Beta 4, with the 3102.
Best part is, this time all the complaints are happening right on their public forums, for all to see; not locked up safely away from public viewing like it was in the Beta forums.
I passed the "pissed off" stage a long time ago. I've already canceled my recurring sub and have moved on to a better game that's actually functional.
"So why are you still here? Huh?!" I can imagine some asking?
Well, because I paid $90 for a CE of the game, have been unable to play the game at all for about 2 weeks now. I'm gonna get some kind of entertainment out of it. And this whole train wreck has certainly been delivering some great laughs and facepalm moments. And anyway, my sub is still good for at least another 7 days. So... I'm technically still an active player

Problem is, this has nothing to do with that. This is not a case of "deliberately limited logins".
3102 means You've been kicked from the game, but the game still thinks you're logged in, so you're unable to log in again.
You're essentially in Limbo.
It's a bug that came up and prevented thousands from logging in during Open Beta, and is now happening again (because they didn't bother to extend open Beta to properly test the fix before calling it "good!" and moving forward).
It's not a "traffic control" method.

I guess we have to wait a few extra days .. I have 0 old characthers and I can't choose EU since none of them is available to choose a new characther on ...US has a few available but It gives me "the lobby server encountered an error " messege then I get booted out from the game..

They are restricting access now. Deal with it.
In fact, I don't even know why people even bother with this site. Everyone is such a whiny kid, a jaded hater, and everyones goal seems to be driving away people who like mmorpgs and trashing fans.

I Think we can read just fine...:) and I read that messege Before you posted it here, It's just that people are really tired of this now and most of us hoped for a fix today..For me it's ok ..I have just had the game since yesterday..
But I can Imagine some players that has been dealing with this for 2 weeks ,
Ya Square does have a tendency to not look at the big picture,they set out to make rules or fixes to cover one aspect but screw other people over.I understand the level 15 idea but as i said it defeats the purpose of allowing ALL users that might NEED to use the forums.IMO you NEVER treat ANY player as an inferior to others,what you do for one should be for everyone.
As to servers,they made that same bumbling mistake as last time >>>"Internal testing" ,is this Yoshi guy really that dumb when comes to anything outside of passionate game design?I mean yes you need to do some internal testing but you don't release the game live with millions.The ONLY way to TEST is through REAL interaction with real players not a handful of people within the company.
I also question Yoshi's idea that the overload is primarily due to the Duty Finder. i mean he did say they got a far bigger response than they anticipated,that alone says they did not have enough servers.I still can't but wonder who is really in charge,are the big shots not allowing him to get more servers ,so they try to fix it by rerouting players?Is Yoshi's team giving him poor ideas and just a bad team overall working on the network structure?
IMO if Yoshi is truly in charge,then he is the guy making the decisions and needs to show me he has some common sense,so far he does not.If they want to use his passion to create a better game then great,go for it.I assume Yoshi is only the producer anyway,so it is the Director that oversees everything,he needs to be demoted or fired just get him away from this game,his decisions warrant him a minimum wage pay cut.

The game was a lot of fun, better then I expected actually.
Can't wait for all this to blow over myself.
Maybe they fix it next week, or the one after next, or next month, or next year.

The issue has nothing to do with networking. There is a programming conflict. Good try though.

Uhh, Computer networks (Physical Servers) need to be programmed. They dont come out of the box with your IP, Gateway, DNS, Port Forwarding, ect already there. So your both right, kinda.....
People think that this maintenance was going to completely fix the issue with logging in. You realize they opened more servers, if all the same people are still trying to log in to the same servers, they will still be full... They opened new servers in hopes that people would leave the super populated servers and re-roll on the new ones.
Either way, this website is kind of shitty for the kids and the people just looking to cry about stuff rather than just doing something else until it's fixed. SE has already stated they are compensating us for the time that the servers have been fucked. To me it's whatever, I will just go to work, play some League and relax until the stresses of the server stuff have blown over.
And then while all the same kids who have "demanded a refund" are posting on here about how they are looking for an MMO to play, I will be playing FF14 and having some fun.

Same here I'm now getting the 3102. My toon is locked in the game. So im doing the support chat and waiting. This is so dumb. I just managed to create a toon and do one quest :P
