Unable to obtain Word list

in Final Fantasy XIV
Are the NA/EU servers down right now? Been hitting the update button every couple of minutes but I'm getting nothing, so I  wasn't sure if it was down or not. JP servers show up and list just fine.

    Nevermind I guess. Relaunched the game and now the NA/EU servers are showing. W/E I guess.
