You happen to notice a female Drakken Officer stroll in carrying a bundle of posters. After stopping in front of an open patch of wall she quickly spits on the wall and slaps a poster in place, as it slides down a little and then settles in place the Drakken looks pleased and continues on her way out the door heading towards the next establishment along the row.

Your curiosity gets the better of you and you decide to see what the fuss was all about. As you get closer the poster comes into focus.

Liking what you see, you consider your options as you return to the bar to finish your drink.
