So is it up or not?

in Dark and Light
So is the server up or not?  Because I keep getting the dark and light server is not yet open, yet that emgagee site says that it's up.  That's when I don't get the user defined error, and once in a blue moon servers full.  Can anyone help me?

    Thats all ive been getting since launch i cant get in more than 10 mins.

    I was in long enough to get my pet and name it Jinx because every time i get on it i crash heh.

    The furthest I've got in the last 2 days is character creation just the once, then it hung/crashed out....sigh

    It's a neverending tale of woe.

    I have not gotten past "#LOGON_REJECTED_NO_SUCH_USER#" and I am have a pioneer account.  Numerous requests to AD no response.  I am certain at this point that the authorization server is not related to my problem as when the server is up ya'll can play. 

    Are your logons and passwords pretty much straight forward without upper case and numbers?  Or, are they a mixture of both upper and lower case with numbers?

    I am just trying to figure this out.

    I dont think they accept numbers to log in, i'm not sure thought
