Is this a good build for £605? Need help asap

Worth getting for 605? or is it too good to be true?

Maybe I'm a bit off on my Pounds to Dollars conversions, but that's roughly 950$ U.S. which seems very expensive for those parts. Especially since there's no brand/model given for the power supply. I think part of it is that graphics card. The processor is around 200$ and that MB is only around 50$ but that graphics card is anywhere from 200-250, and just kind of sticks out compared to the other more modestly priced parts listed. I'm sure there is a "more bang for your buck" card out there.
If it is $605 USD, that's worth buying. If it is British Pounds, avoid it. You could build something better.
The power supply in that is likely junk, as they don't mention a brand, let alone a model or 80-plus rating.
The processor is not the greatest for gaming, but it will play most modern games at high detail settings. Certain games which are cpu-bound may have issues.
The video card is not the latest series, but is still decent.
The system lacks a SSD, which is a must-have for any serious gamer, in my opinion.
Going by the parts list, here is what each item is worth, brand new on Newegg, in USD:
Motherboard: $63
CPU: $200
GPU: $200 (varies, depending on manufacturer)
RAM: $130 (varies, depending on model)
Case: as cheap as $20 but I will assume $50 for a decent one
Power Supply: could be as cheap at $55 but I will assume $90
Hard Drive: $70 for a WD Blue series
Optical Drive: I haven't used one in so long (except to install OSes) so I can only guess what they put in is worth $25
Total for decent (not great, but not bad) parts is $823. Total for going as cheap as possible on all unspecified parts is $763. You could be paying up to $200 for someone to turn a screwdriver for you.
I don't see a Windows license included in that list.
Another thing to consider is the stock fan included with the FX-8350 can get fairly loud when gaming. A $30 Hyper212 Evo solved this problem for me, but required the removal of the motherboard. If you're buying this to avoid turning a screwdriver, you will be disappointed by the noise from the CPU fan.
I've just checked pcspecialist and for the same build it will cost 709 pounds with no OS.
you could also check ocuk, aria, scan or meshcomputers. they all do custom build pc.
605 is a fair price in my opinion.
