Is anyone getting any customer/tech support?

I'm having serious trouble logging in, and have received no Tech Support or anything.  Most of the time, I have very good contact with this game/company, but all of a sudden, it's not so terrific.  I'm sure many people are having trouble, and I understand the delay, but I'm really anxious to get in-game.  For whatever reason, I keep getting the same "error" as described in my previous thread.

Just curious.

    Nope guess they too buzzy to help me.....been wait for an mail from them Maybe if i tell them that i uber theyll reasnoen faster.... But its okay becuase if i can play for 15 mins every hour or so ill satiafy my gruge to pk my cat. WISH THEY OPEN THE MAIN FOURMS SO I CAN FREAKIN BRAG
