I am looking for a new pair of speakers for my desktop PC.
Not looking for something out of the ordinary or expensive. Should be a 2.1 System or better for around 40-50 bucks. Don't even have a real sound card installed since i am not one of those that actually notice a difference *cough*.
Pretty much all i want is something that does not go crazy if a smartphone comes close and is quiet if there is no sound to be played. To give you an idea of what i tried first (since i did not think i could do something wrong with speakers,...):
Bought these since they looked like a good deal: http://www.amazon.de/Logitech-Z323-2-1-Lautsprechersystem-schwarz/dp/B002JWSMCA/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1379206635&sr=1-1&keywords=Logitech
Problem: They make annoying noises if a smartphone gets to close (around 1 and a half meter) and just now they even started to make some sounds while moving my mouse. It is a wired mouse... a Kone XTD. I am lost on why my speaker would make annoying sounds on every mouse movement, really. Anyways, this is an example of speakers i don't like lol. Any suggestions for someone that really does not care about any 200 dollar 7.1 systems for his desktop PC?

My suggestion - move your smart phone. Amplifiers/Speakers that aren't EMI shielded will do that - typically only high end speakers get shielded.
The mouse thing - that's probably your sound card/sound driver.
I am fairly certain the amplifier circuitry is responsible for picking up the noise from the cell phones, not the physical speakers. Your setup should be fine. Keep the wires and the subwoofer away from where you put your cell phone.
Try moving your mouse to different ports to see if the noise goes away.
OK, sounds reasuring to see people understand how this works. Ill look into it and google a bit to try and understand what you just said *cough*. Really noob when nit comes to these hardware things, kinda a software guy lol.
Anyways, sounds like i can prevent my issues somehow. Just not to happy about having to put away my smartphone. I use it way more regulary then my speakers, id rather go back to my old 8 buck speakers that seem to be "shielded" since they never made a noice with a phone nearby.

They probably weren't shielded, but they also probably didn't have an integral amplifier.
Here's what I really recommend:
Amplifier

This amp isn't shielded either, but it's very small, and likely much higher quality than anything you'll find in "Computer speakers" - even the ones costing much much more and with various certifications. The TP21 is like $3 more, with a headphone jack in the front if you'd rather have that available. Set it up out of the way someplace (on top of your computer, in the top shelf of a book shelf, something). This is very nearly audiophile quality amplifier, for under $100, and is a great deal for a no-nonsense low wattage amplifier.
This takes an analog input (RCA cables - you can get a 1/8" to RCA cable that will go from the output of your computer into the input of this amp for very cheap if you don't have one laying around), and puts it out over a left and right speaker. The speakers wire up with common speaker wire (16 gauge would be more than enough for 25W, you could probably go all the way down to 20 gauge and be ok -- computer speakers are likely to use 18 or 20 gauge).
Alternatively, you can go for the TP30, which has a USB input and has it's own DAC in addition to an analog hookup.

It's about $20 more, it will probably sound even better, but a 1/8"->RCA cable will run about $4 - so it's up to you really. This is still under $100, and still a good deal.
Speakers: you can pick up anything you prefer. If you don't have anything else in mind, this set, for around $50, compliments that amplifer very well

Just a set of small bookshelves. These will be bigger than normal computer speakers, but the sound will be a lot better.
Here's a link to a guy that set up the combo
http://www.cheapaudiophile.com/2012/08/31/here-it-is-the-cheap-starter-system/#more-37
This way, you get basically a miniature audiophile setup, it will cost you around $120-150, but it will last through multiple computers, and you can use it for things other than computers, and it will sound better than likely any system built specifically for computers will sound.
*edit*
Those parts above being linked, that doesn't preclude the same basic idea from being used with a much lower sticker price.
Going to a yard sale or pawn shop or something, or just check out whatever happens to be on sale, and you can pick up any A/C Amplifier or Receiver for pretty darn cheap, pair it with a set of speakers, and walk away with something that will work (probably) much better than a set of computer speakers.
Thanks for that detailed summary.
Sadly it is a little to pricy for my taste. I already own a full audio system in my car AND my living room. Investing more then 50 bucks (prefer way less) just to hear some bings and bleeps from my PC as well just is not worth it to me. Usually we just listen to music on our home system anyways.
Just if my GF is sleeping, id prefer to still hear "something" and if i connect my PC to our home system id would simply be to loud, or i would not hear anything as well. My old 8 dollar speaker did that job just fine, just thought i could get something better without spending to much.
Ill simply test some more and if 30-50$ speaker don't cut it or shut up with a phone nearby, ill just go back to my old system.
