Is that when the Open Beta started? The game is still in Open Beta and has NOT launched yet. They delayed it so they could get a new build and keep refining/bug fixing, ect (Smart move!)

Do not sound like beta does it ?!? No idea on the other date though, but what does it matter ?
They started charging with open beta. Thus mmorpg.com considered it basically launched since the open beta lasted months.
Once they start charging to play (or accepting regular purchases in the cash shop) they've launched, no matter what they try to call it otherwise.

Most of us here realise that MMOs are works in progress, and they might not be launching at the state they wanted to, but the moment they start charging money is when it becomes a release product, not a beta.
