Re-downloading the Client on a different computer

in Final Fantasy XIV

Hello guys, don't know if this belongs in this section but I need to get this sorted out before I murder someone out of frustration.

I got a new computer and am planning to download FFXIV on it but what I would like to know is where exactly can I download the file to install the game? I looked all over the place and I couldn't find anything. I logged into my own account on the FFXIV ARR website and couldn't find anything. I am getting so fed up with how horrible the website layout is for this game that I feel like punching babies.

If there are any kind souls out there that can help it would be much appreciated, thanks.
