How to choose a class?

Can anyone tell me how to choose my class?  I was under the impression that you chose 1 of 4 or 5 classes at Lvl 5.  Im a lvl 6 and I want to be a fighter but I dont know how.  If anyone knows Id appreciate it.  Thanks all. image image

    select the little button in the top right corner under your name in the stat bar,
