OK, getting tired of banging my head against the proverbial wall, so I'll leave you with this...
One of the defining qualities of conspiracy theorists is that they tend to use other conspiracies as evidence to back up the validity of their current conspiracy.
I'll leave it up to you to apply that to your own words. Or not.
I still have one question (In spite of the Ad-Hom comment) that you have not answered.
Has WoW gotten progressively easier over the years?
Not really.
It got harder with BC, then easier with WOTLK, then much easier in Cata, then back to somewhere between BC and WOTLK with MoP. Assuming you are talking about the harder content. Yeah there's charity purples now, but they are the equivalent of the old blues in terms of quality.
Its more about making everyone think they have won a medal, even if its just a participation medal. The players in the best gear still know their purples are better.

It depends on who you ask. That's how opinions work.

I started losing my interest in WoW when Epics stopped being epic. Back if TBC, if you showed up to a raid and you were in mostly epics with some blues....no problem.
In Wrath, they even had achievements for the different levels of "epic" Since lower levels of "epic" weren't. I came back at the end of Wrath and prepared for Cata. Leveled to 85 and thought Blizz invested far too much in resources to re building the old world. and not enough on where most would be spending their time. Again, I came back before MOP to prepare. I thought "This time, they will have devoted most of their time and effort to level 85-90 content. But it still wasn't what it used to be.
But every so often, I still get the urge to go back and see it again. Who knows, I might pick it up again before they launch another expansion.

There has never been a time as casual-friendly as WoW currently is. Not even close.
No idea where you are getting that from.
He was quoting what the article said, not saying that the game was actually to hardcore, unless I am missing something. To answer your comment.. he's getting it from the article that we are here discussing....
Some people missed the part about reading the article before commenting. It was only 1/3 of the words in the first paragraph. You know, something insignificant and easily missed.
I misquoted and was unclear as I was intending to use the comment to support my opposition to the article.
But thanks for insinuating my inability to read. I'm sure you have never made a mistake before.

Dear Greg, how do you dare say this after ~10 years of WoW. You never gave a fuck about the community, you still don't and you never will. Kk thanks bye.
