when does FFXI come out for the ps2?

in Final Fantasy XI

i saw sumwhere a while ago it was supposed to come out in january of 2004.. is this true?

it seems like it is sooo long after it comes out for the PC

granted, the harddrive for ps2 has yet to come out(anyone know when that comes out).. but next year seems too long

 

anyone know?

    Yes, it is coming sometime in early 2004, but dont worry, it will get there soon enough.

    The harddrive and FFXI for PS2 launch at the same time, or so I've read in, i think,  gamepro

     

    At least we get a few months in game before all the little PS2 kiddies from EQOA show up...ugg, those people are the most immature and rude group i've ever had the pleasure, or lack of, of gaming with.

    the ps2 harddrive wont be released until march i heard, so probably soon after that.

    No, FFXI will come installed on the HDD. It will be released Jan. 2004 and will be $99. Check the main site for more info.
