  Yeah, you get CPs (contribution points) from doing quests and from killing other players, and there is a ranking ladder for you to compare yourself to other members of your race. You can find more info out on the forums online, try levelup's forums or codemaster's.

  Also, if you are ranked in the top 5 of your race you end up in the "high council" where you get special world shouting powers and such. Rank 1 gets a few more powers and very badass looking angel wings .

  Only if youre playing the korean version, otherwise, if youre playing the codemasters US/UK version, the chances are less, but still the racial leaders will probably have to never log off and continally battle to keep their position
