New Stuff This Week

Okay, a leveling item, space XP counts toward ground too, and double XP from the 22nd to the 3rd.

All good stuff, but isn't the point of offering a free trial like this to draw people back on a more permanent basis?

In the current condition the game is in, people will play for 2 weeks then quit, after placing a million new harvesters :P I like the changes recently, but it's hardly enough to KEEP the players. Even the newer ones are already upset that they've been duped into buying it.

I don't know, I question the thinking of this management often. I'm fairly certain that if about five of the right people there were killed 5 years ago, SWG would be the greatest game of all time.

Anyways, time to get a couple more ace pilots going.

    On the subject of their crazy managment, I couldnt believe they sent me an email for a 10 day free trial like....2 weeks after NGE went live. They should have worked on getting their shit together both in game and out of game before even advertising the "new and improved" SWG. They shoulda played it cool - not desperate.

    I was getting bored of the fantasy setting again already and came back to swg since I still had one day left. I created a new character and nothing but bugs and lag. It pissed me off to say the least. I even relogged a couple times. When I first played the NGE it wasn't this bad and I didn't have these problems. Maybe it was because I created it on Bria vrs. the one I created on Starsider or maybe it's just a rare fluke. The point is though, a MMO in the Pay for play stage shouldn't have these problems. No other MMO's I've played has had these sorts of problems before. So I guess I will wait till they do some more fixing before I give it another try. This really sucks though, because now I don't have a sci-fi game to play now. Maybe I will try AO.

     Good for you Weeps , please enjoy the game ( while its last).  Now even if SOE came back to me and forgave me of all of my alleged transgressions. I would NEVER EVER Set foot in a GAME that SOE will profit by. SOE is going south and not just for the winter.
