Stay away from Marvel Heroes

What a Diablo clone dud.  Reviews trashed it at release and the game continues to be bug and nerf city. All they do "to improve" is add new things to collect so that you run out of the free inventory space quicker so that you have to dish out money for more storage. It truly is a broken money sink not worth anyone's time.

I said this before:

Jeff 'Doomsaw' Donais is killing this game and community.  Between the nerfs that he said would never happen, the constantly broken state of the game and the opinion squashing( via forum post deletions in order to hide the true bad state of the game) the game is really giving Marvel a bad name.  They have lost so many customers who have payed for parts of this game because of all these antics.

Spend money on this game at your own risk.

    I've been enjoying myself playing the game.  Like everything else, it's a good idea to make up your own mind.

    Unfortunately so many founders and dedicated players have been screwed/mistreated/banned that it requires it to be stated as so, as loud as one can.

    It all started for me with Asherons Call back in 1999! Those were the days!

    I don't have to sound anything to anyone or be what someone else wants me to be, I'm not being paid.  Your opinion is duly noted as you noted mine.  I'm not here to change anyone's mind, my opinion along with hundreds others and professional reviews (it has a 5 rating here for a reason).  Just a warning of the disaster of a game it is.  Please do not try to create a bogus flame war.

    You only speak for you. Not hundred's of others. I could say I speak for hundred's of people who love the game. But I speak for myself only. The game is in good hand's. Your not even showing the issue's to make context that can be discussed. On a more positive note there is currently a charity going on for autisium on twitch under marvel heroes. check it out if anyone is curious.

    Why would anyone listen to you or some review site. It's a free game.... the best review anyone will ever see is the one where they try a game for themselves.

    It's very nice of you to spend your time here making sure random strangers don't fall into the trap of playing a free game though. It would be kind of pathetic if your motivation was totally selfish and your goal wasn't so noble.

    I do not speak for anyone else...just noted to myself those poor game opinions elsewhere, especially on their own forum (before they delete them).  Just my opinion. Be warned.

    They have treated many a customer poorly...now they do charity?  Nothing but PR and publicity.  Sad state of affairs. Surf the net and see for yourself the negative comments from ex and current Gazillion employees.

    You are right Steve, horrible, horrible game...most times of the day, the game is a ghost town...good luck finding a group...

    Its better then Diablo III.  I blizzard would do a Diablo III with such affort like Marvel Heroes is, then we will hava that game we have ben waiting for so fucking long. But now, we have Diablo III game for Hello Kitty player like you are.

    A game that is a re-skin of another that came out in 2000?  Who comes up with stuff like this?  It's 2013, why are some accepting this as OK and not demanding better? Sad.
