Shadowbane is like that, but more of an emphasis on the PvP.

Well, if your looking for a free game thats PvE but also PvP at the later levels, then I highly reccomend SilkRoad Online. Its free, and although the servers are a little crowded (You may have to try multiple times to get in) its definitely fun gameplay. At level 10 you can buy a colored scarf and fight against people of a different color, and at level 20 you can kill pretty much everyone you want but there are consequences (As in, everyone can kill you without a penalty). Its hard to allocate skill points at first, just make sure you look ahead at the skills you will be getting before you invest too much, and don't diversify your character too much. Hope it helped!
