From what you say, I gather that you are going to run private servers for MMO's. This is illegal and against the terms of a games EULA. Also, get ready for your account to be banned. If I'm wrong, I apologise.

WRONG: DOD, Counter Strike = ValVe Software provides the stuff to make private servers.. for everyone... so is for ragnarok and legend of Mir

No dude, you're wrong, hosting Day of Defeat and Counterstrike servers is completely legal (obviously). But Mir and RO private servers are illegal.

no it isnt.. I got my files for a private server for Legend Of Mir but everything was legal... there is even a list of 200 top  ragnarok private servers... just google it.. I dont see anything illegal

That list of top Ragnarok servers itself isn't illegal, but they are, I believe (don't quote me on this) that they use illegaly leaked server code. Therefore, hosting stolen software. I'm not sure about Mir 2, but Mir 3 is a p2p game, so why would the developers release server code for free, thus losing them money.

Either you are plain lying, there is something glaringly obvious I've missed, or you are just ignorant.

Well, seeing as this is gonna get locked, what does 'IBTL' stand for?

    In before the lock.

And yes running Private Servers of RO and LOM2 and 3 is indeed illegal for a couple reasons:

One the software you are using to run the private server is indeed the official server files used to run the server for that game. As a result, you are using the software without a valid liscense from the company who is in charge of distributing liscenses (if you would like to prove you have a liscense, please do), as a result you are stealing and therefore it is illegal.

The client used to connect to the servers is modified to connect to your server instead of the official server for the client. While this is a minor offense and only a violation of the EULA (courts would not even bother with this crap), nothing's going to happen if you do modify the client like that. However, it still is against the EULA of a particular service to the game.
