actually, Trion's CEO made it fairly clear that the developers haven't achieved the game they want yet. so Trion is purportedly waiting on them to make their changes before continuing full steam with the localization.

Not only that, but after the mediocre response the game generated in Asia, I don't think Trion is any great hurry for an NA/EUrelease, either.
A good friend of mine played the Korean version a bit while in Japan, and he was not impressed.
