specialist

is the specialist followed at the same time as other carrer paths....sorta like in eq how you can be a wizard and weapon smith at the same time?
Or is it you choose to be a specialist and thats it??.
also if you are soly a specialist do they have any combat skills? It says that belato specialist build and pilot mau's now if i fight somthin will i be able to stand up for myself....or only pick fights with things much weaker then me??

    specialist is a seperate class, but i belive this is one of one of those games where you can cross-spec acoss classes, so you can be a ranger/specialist, of course, this means you wont be as good at piloting a mech as a pure specialist.

    Well one of the advanced Specialist jobs is Driver for Bellato..they're the ONLY ones that can pilot MAUs. Any basic class (warrior/spirtualist/ranger/specialist) can become driver...But you won't get any special skills if you decide to be Armor Driver at 40 (No black MAU), and your Unit PT will be a good bit worse than a pure specialist.

     

    ..But regardless, specialists can craft...and use Force...And combat skills. Just not as good as everyone else. :p

    You can cross spec into what ever you see fit in RF from what i have seen but if you dont keep you points up to date in what you spec then you lose the ability to use what you have specced into.
